PSG confirm Thiago Silva, Cavani exit.

PSG have announced Edinson Cavani and Thiago Silva will leave the club upon the expiry of their contracts.

The Uruguay striker, Cavani, 33, has been linked with Atletico Madrid and River Plate in Argentina while 35-year-old Silva, the French club’s former captain, is set to depart after eight years at the Parc des Princes.

The Brazilian defender has been linked with a free transfer to Everton in recent weeks.
“Edinson Cavani and Thiago Silva will leave PSG at the end of the season, it’s confirmed,” sporting director Leonardo told reporters.
