Reports have it that Chelsea want to sign Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen this summer.
Leverkusen have not received a formal offer for the 20-year old but it is believed Real Madrid and Bayern Munich have held talks with the club.
Uefa is already proposing the postponement of the transfer window from August to October to give clubs the much needed time to make player transfers.
Leverkusen have said that they have not received formal offer for the youngster but it is believed that both Real Madrid and Bayern are keen on Havertz who have take the bundesliga by storm this season.
It is believed that Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich is willing to Chelsea coach, Frank Lampard significant backing in the transfer market this summer.
Chelsea have already make official the signing of Hakim Ziyech from Ajax Amsterdam, and are also looking to sign Leicester full back, Ben Chilwell when the transfer market opens.
